If you Lose your Verification Code
If you have the 16-bit key backed up:
Re-link your backed up 16-bit key with Google Authenticator to set up 2-step authentication.
When the 16-bit key is not backed up:
If the 16-bit key has never been backed up, or if the authentication code is lost due to deleting the 2-step authentication application, please contact customer support.
If you have gone through identity verification, customer support will verify your identity and prove it with various documents provided by you.
If you have not gone through identity verification, you will not be able to log in to your account.
