We want to be honest and transparent with you about where things stand. The company has begun the process of winding down its business in an orderly and lawful manner, and we are in the process of retaining legal counsel to commence the appropriate proceedings. We believe that handling this properly, through the correct legal process, is the most responsible course we can take.
We understand that this affects you directly, and we do not take that lightly. Please note the following:
Deposits, withdrawals, and all trading activities are currently suspended. We are aware of how serious this is for you. Please do not make any new deposits to the platform. Any assets sent to the platform after this notice may not be properly credited or recoverable.
The treatment of customer assets will be determined in accordance with applicable laws and legal procedures. Further guidance on this will be provided through our appointed legal counsel.
Access to the platform may be discontinued in the near future.
From this point onward, formal announcements — including matters concerning customer assets and procedures — will be made through our legal counsel and only via our official channels (https://x.com/UltorexOfficial). Please do not rely on information from any other source.
Please note that others may impersonate Ultorex or offer "recovery" or "refund" services. We will never contact you to ask for fees, passwords, or private keys. Ignore any such approach.
